Reality Integrity Screening

Protocol: DRC-SCREEN-01 | Version 1.4.2

This assessment evaluates the coherence of your experienced reality through a series of cognitive and perceptual questions. The screening is voluntary, confidential, and — to the best of our knowledge — harmless.

Before You Begin

The screening consists of 12 questions across four phases. Answer honestly. There are no correct responses. Your response timing will be recorded for calibration purposes. The Division does not share individual results with third parties, though we reserve the right to include anonymized data in aggregate reports.

The screening takes approximately 4–6 minutes. You may pause at any time, though the Division notes that subjects who pause frequently tend to report higher levels of post-screening uncertainty.

Important Notice

No screening administered by the Division has ever returned a definitive result. All outcomes to date have been classified as INCONCLUSIVE. The Division considers this expected behavior. If you receive a result other than INCONCLUSIVE, please contact the Office of Statistical Reconciliation immediately.
